What we do

Five things, done by the same crew

The concrete side and the demo side are the same phone number. The crew tearing out your old slab is the crew pouring the new one — no handoff, no second mobilization, no finger-pointing over who left the mess.

Footings & foundations

Trenched to depth, formed to plan, rebar tied and ready for inspection. Stem walls, monolithic slabs, pier and pad, garage and shop foundations.

Flatwork

Driveways, garage slabs, patios, sidewalks, and approaches. Screeded flat, broom or trowel finished, control joints cut before the slab decides where to crack on its own.

Walls

Formed and poured retaining and foundation walls. Tied to the footing, stripped clean, backfill-ready.

Curb & gutter

Curb, gutter, valley pan, and ADA ramps to city spec. Straight lines and correct fall, so the water goes where the plan says.

Demolition

Concrete tear-out, interior demo, small structures. Broken, loaded, hauled, and swept.

How a job runs

A pour is a sequence

Every step has to happen in order, and every one is where a job goes wrong if somebody skips it. This is what Ryan does on yours.

  1. 01

    Walk the site

Ryan measures, checks grade and access, and looks at what's coming out before anything goes in. You get a written price, and the visit is free.

  2. 02

    Tear out and grade

Old concrete broken out and hauled. Excavate to depth, set forms to string line, compact the base. Flat starts here, not at the finish.

  3. 03

    Steel and inspection

Rebar and mesh tied to plan. We meet the inspector ourselves so a green tag doesn't cost you a week.

  4. 04

    Pour and finish

Placed, screeded, floated, and finished to spec — broom, trowel, or exposed. Weather gets watched, not gambled on.

  5. 05

    Cut, strip, clean up

Control joints cut on time, forms pulled, debris hauled, site swept. You get the property back the way you'd want it.

Demolition

Some jobs start
with a breaker.

Cracked driveways, sunken patios, old footings, interior slabs. Broken along the joints, loaded, hauled, and swept — then repoured by the same crew, on the same schedule, on the same invoice.

Service area

Where we work

Based in Salt Lake City. Most of the work is in the valley and the surrounding areas, but Ryan will travel outside it within reason. If your job isn't on this list, call and ask — you'll get a straight answer either way.
